Get Outside: Slean and Hearn do Abbey Road with the Art of Time Ensemble
September 25, 2009It was 40 years ago today (OK tomorrow really) that The Beatles released Abbey Road. This weekend, the Art of Time Ensemble presents their re-imagining of the classic album at Harbourfront. City Sonic faves Sarah Slean and Kevin Hearn (of the Barenaked Ladies) are amongst the many performers from classical, pop and jazz scenes who will come together for the project. Advances tickets are sold out but check the Harbourfront box office for any last minute seats. (September 26 and 27, 8pm, Enwave Theatre at Harbourfront Centre)
