Now if I start to feel crap during a long run or the odd time I wear it in a race, I have to take off the headphones and suffer so as not to ruin any more tunes. It’s unfortunate that I cannot use the songs to pull me out of the rut.I do enjoy a nice slice of Meatloaf.
